Topological Design of a Mortar Base Plate under Impact Loads

In this work, the topology optimization of a mortar base plate is analysed under impact loading conditions. Usually, in case, only ordinary volume constraints considered. However, to reduce quality and facilitate engineering applications, topological problem continuum constraint A finite element model has been established verified by testing for plate. The variable density method was used obtain results based on force transmission path, then structure reconstructed. mass 12.78% lower than that original model. comparison with before optimization, show maximum deformation stress decreased 16.85% 35.52%, respectively.
